• 10 am - Gates Open / Set up
• 3 pm - Opening ceremony
• 4 - 5 pm - Healing the Heart:
  The Story of Beltaine by, Michael and Elissa Manor of C.O.M.N (Children of Mother Nature), a Romano-Celtic/Christo-Pagan Communion and Stewards of the Venus Erycina Circle
• 5 - 7 pm - Dinner Time - kitchen closed

• 10 am - 11am - Kitchen Open for BRUNCH
• 11:30 - 2 pm - Everyday Polyamory:
  A discussion of the little things no one ever thinks of when venturing into this lifestyle. This will be followed by a Ritual which will focus on the many types of love, and strengthening the unique bonds we share with each of our loved ones. By, Michelle & Mark Griffin
• 2 - 3 pm - Candle Magick, Part 1 by, Our Alabama Wytch, Elizabeth Kilbourne
• 4 - 5 pm - A Case For Polyfidelity - Sacred Loving by, Michael and Elissa Manor of C.O.M.N (Children of Mother Nature), a Romano-Celtic/Christo-Pagan Communion and Stewards of the Venus Erycina Circle
• 5 - 6 pm - Kitchen open for DINNER
• 6:30 - 7:30 pm - Music by Brian Henke & Ginger Ackley
  
  At Dusk: Drumming & Dancing at the Bonfire *****

• 9 - 10 am - Kitchen open for BREAKFAST
• 10 - 11 am - Morning meeting
• 11 - 12 am - Auction: Featuring a Drum donated by Baba Alani!
• 12 - 1 pm - Kitchen open for LUNCH
• 2 - 3 pm - Maypole Dance
  Following, there will be a PROCESSION, MAY CROWNING & ANOINTMENT Recalling the central purpose of the Highest of Holy Days, we, those gathered for Beltane, process to either the Venus Erycina or Great Rite Circle to crown an image of Mother Nature in the form of Venus of Willendorf with a chaplet of flowers as celebrated by many cultures on May Day and for those choosing an anointing of blessed oil of Rose of Sharon in keeping with the day.

• 5 - 6 pm - Kitchen open for DINNER
• 6 - 7 pm - Performance by Brian Henke & Ginger Ackley
• 7 pm - Candle Labryinth by Jacky Lakey
• 7 pm - Sacred Touch - Adults Only at the Venus Erycina Circle
  Ritual of self-empowerment and actualization by opening to the power of pleasure and Sacred Loving. To be discussed in depth prior to ceremony.

• 9 - 10 am - Kitchen open for BREAKFAST
• 10:30 - 11:30 am - The Last Beltaine Meeting
• Noon - Closing Ceremony: Safe Journeys

• 3 - 4 pm - Children's Tie-dye Workshop by, Jacky Lakey
• 4 - 5 pm - Seed Balls - by, Linda Spahr
  Make seed balls out of clay and compost. Toss them in your garden and watch them grow. We will be making seed balls with marigold seeds. Bring your favorite seeds if you like. All ages welcome!
• 5:30 - 6:30 pm - Making Paper plate baskets - by, Linda Spahr & Mary Thomas

• 1 - 2 pm - Music & Maypole for the Children
  Music by, Ginger Ackley - Children's play area.
• 4 - 5 pm - Finding & Making Your Inner Power Crest
